Ned Hall joined the Company in October, 2007 and is the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hall is a partner with Tatum, LLC, a national executive services firm widely recognized for its leadership in finance and information technology. Hall brings nearly 30 years of financial experience to JMAR, 25 in the role of CFO, with strengths in financial management, corporate restructuring, and raising capital for both public and privately-held companies in manufacturing, communications, technology, real estate, and other sectors.

As former CFO of Grubb&Ellis|BRE, a leading private San Diego commercial real estate brokerage firm, Hall completed a successful corporate restructuring to dramatically improve the Company's tax structure and flexibility for growth.

Previous positions also include VP, Finance and CFO for Chromagen, Inc., a privately-held biotechnology company; VP, Finance and CFO for Cytel Corporation, a software and services company providing clinical trial design, simulation and monitoring for pharmaceutical research; and CFO for Medical Device Technologies, Inc., a developer of emerging medical technologies.

Hall holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
