Pulse Width Options

The BriteLight master oscillator can be configured in a number of different ways to yield outputs of varying pulse widths. In its standard configuration the MO produces pulses with a FWHM of 800ps which once amplified to 250mJ/pulse allows peak intensities in excess of 10¹⁴ W/cm² to be created at target. Other pulse width options and the associated configuration are described in the table below.
